A to Z

A sea of thoughts floods my mind;

Buoyed by them, I float like a log.

Charismatic clouds sail above me;

Drawn by them, my soul escapes.

Elevation limits the imagination;

Forever dream beyond the skies.

Great chunks of emotions detach;

However, they still cling to me.

I soar in the wide cosmic world

Just like flutter of butterflies flit;

Know yourself before knowing God.

Leave the ego, then see the effect,

Moments will become your slave,

Nothingness will seem like paradise.

Other than you, you’ve no enemies.

Pick yourself up whenever you fall;

Queer are they who give up easily.

Ride calmly the waves of optimism,

Stretch your mind till you touch

The moons and the stars and the

Universes parallel to this universe;

Vicissitudes of life are essential,

Whimsical thoughts, keep at bay.

Xylophonic sounds from the soul, create.

Your worth is what is in your eyes;

Zebras can never become horses.

  3. That's precisely what I am saying. Imagination cannot be fettered. So don't let elevation bind you, restrict you. If you restrict yourself to only elevation, you can't go beyond it - let the imagination be free.

    1. The line after that line clears the confusion, if any. Forever dream beyond the skies. By elevation I mean when you reach your goal, still keep imagining, keep dreaming. The dream was to become President. You reach there, then that elevation shouldn't restrict you, but instead one should keep going further than that.
