Lipstick

Lipstick is the only weapon a woman needs to stun, surprise, seduce, mesmerise, transfix, attract, cajole, coax, involve, pacify, please, release, cool, fascinate, hypnotise, engross, hold, spellbind, bamboozle, charm, melt, thaw, hook, bend, tease, torment, excite, enchant, lure, delight, enrapture, beguile, bewitch, captivate, enthral, engage, thrill, daze, amaze, simmer, warm, draw, invite, allure, persuade, force, tempt, sway, convince, influence, motivate, move, encourage, provoke, arouse, prompt, stimulate, inspire, spur, goad, rush, woo, control, soothe, appease, placate, stir, tantalise, manipulate, manoeuvre, satisfy, weaken, galvanise a man.

Depending upon the colour she uses, different impact she will have. The effect that I have described above centres around three colours only. Imagine the potential, if I include more colours. But that will turn my blog into an essay. So, I will focus on red, pink and brown shades only.

When a woman wears red lipstick, she is making a bold statement. She shows she is in power. Red signifies supremacy. It’s the controlling colour. With red, she can create havoc.  Men become wobbly in their knees. Red dominates. It accelerates the heart-beat. It sends the pulse rate racing. It’s a traffic -stopper. Red dazzles.

Pink, on the other hand, indicates romance. In pink lipstick, woman is at par with man, unlike in red, where she is in command. Pink denotes softness, love, affection, understanding. The rosiness of relationship. The pinkness of life. When a woman applies pink shade, she is wooing the man, gently, subtly. Pink softens.

Brown is submissive. The colour of passivity. When in brown shade, the woman is not in charge. She becomes meek, timid – there’s a tinge of helplessness in her, a trace of vulnerability. Brown is in complete contrast to red. In red, she calls the shots. In brown, she is ready to take orders. Brown makes her look demure. Brown subdues.
