20 Sweetest Words (A Personal Choice)




Somewhere I had read that the three sweetest words in the English language are:

Mother, Home, Heaven

Taking cue from this, I decided to list down my favourite 20 sweetest words.

At numbers 4, 5, and 6 will be

Book, Love, Heart

Behind them at numbers 7, 8, and 9, I have included

Dream, Baby, Lullaby

And completing the top 10 is

Romance

From 11 to 15, I have the following words in the list

Food, Moonlight, Fragrance, Beauty, Youth

And the last 5 are

Sonnet, Glory, Touch, Solitude, Music

The Lady in Red

Yesterday after my morning prayer, I went for my 30- minute walk. My wife did not accompany me because she preferred the warmth of the bed to the cold outside. Usually, she does. Zaidis and Wastis

                                                         Many people believe that Zaidis and Wastis are two separate surnames. The truth is that it isn’t. Zaidis and Wastis hail from a place in Iraq called Wasit. Wasti is actually Wasiti but over time, it became Wasti. They are descended from the fourth Imam Ali bin Hussain, also known as Zain-ul-Abedin. His eldest son’s name was Zaid. Hence the name Zaidi.
