Saturday Suspense


                                              
Puzzles and paradoxes push our mind to the limit. The suspense is always intriguing. We enjoy what happens next. Or answering the question that is steeped in mystery. Riddles make us rapturous. When our mind is challenged, we rise to the occasion. We think even if we don’t want to. Enigmas fascinate us. So to make the Saturday evening a little suspenseful, here are some brainteasers to make the grey cells go on an overdrive.

Hana is a farmer’s wife with 8 children. While out picking fruit, she only managed to collect 5 fruits. Yet, she was able to share the fruit equally among all her children. How did she do this?

  3. If Jameela is married, she’s looking at Shafi, who is unmarried. If Jameela is unmarried, Jameel is looking at her, who is married. So whatever is the situation, a married person is looking at an unmarried person.
